Obstetric fistula is one of the most devastating but least visible maternal health issues, affecting millions of women.

The challenge was not medical, but human: How do you transform a complex global health crisis, often reduced to statistics, into a powerful human story that can drive policy change, inform health workers, and inspire global action?
